Capture the current board and tray

iPhone

  1. Pause on the current board after any clear animation ends.
  2. Take a screenshot with the complete 8×8 board and the three-piece tray in one frame.
  3. Crop only after checking that no board edge or tray piece was removed.

Android

  1. Use the device screenshot shortcut while the game board is settled.
  2. Keep the full square board and all three pieces visible.
  3. Use the share or file picker to upload the unedited screenshot when possible.

Fix common recognition problems

Oversized image
That image is too large to process safely. Use a smaller screenshot.
Unsupported file format
Use a PNG, JPG, or WEBP image.
Board not found
We could not find a clear 8×8 board in that image.
Incomplete pieces
We found the board but not three clear pieces. Crop the board and current tray together.
Ambiguous draft
More than one valid board and tray interpretation was found. Crop closer to the full board and all three pieces, or use Manual.
Cropped board
Retake or widen the crop so all four board edges are present.
Missing tray
Include every current piece, not only the board.
Overlay
Dismiss notifications, rewards, chat heads, and floating controls, then capture again.
Animation
Wait for glowing, falling, or clearing cells to stop before taking the screenshot.
Unsupported layout
Switch to Manual Block Blast Solver when the board is not a clear square.
