Enter the board and current tray

Tap or click a board cell to mark it filled. On a computer, you can drag across cells or use the keyboard to focus a cell and toggle it. Row 1 is the top row, so enter the board in the same orientation you see on screen.

Enter exactly three current pieces. Pieces stay in their displayed fixed orientation: the solver does not rotate or reflect them automatically.

Presets and 5×5 custom entry

Use a preset when it matches a current piece exactly. Otherwise, draw the piece in its 5×5 editor, preserving its visible top-row orientation. Clear or replace each piece until all three editors match the tray.

Confirm before calculating

Confirmation checks that the board is 8×8 and that all three pieces are non-empty. It is the moment to compare the entered cells with your current game before the solver searches the legal move sequence.

This tool evaluates one clear 8×8 board and the three pieces currently in the tray. It does not model a differently sized layout, future pieces, rotation controls, game scoring rules, or live game state.
